	Methodology
	This function converts a True Yield to a Nominal Yield, for a given payment frequency PmtsPerYearOpt. For example, 5.945% per annum True, with payments quarterly in advance, converts to a Nominal Yield of 5%. This is just the same as converting an AER Interest Rate, eg 5.0945% per annum quarterly to a Simple interest rate. The conversion works for both the rack-rented case (where you have just the passing rent and market rent=passing rent), and the standard case (where you have possibly a rent-free period and a passing rent that is different to the market rent). Note that this function relies on UK real estate yield math and there is another function NomToTrueDCF which uses a less assumptive form of math, DCF Math, which is more widely applicable.
