	SumCat (Values, Categories, ChosenCategory)
	Sum a range by Category number
	Performs a summation of a list of numbers, only including those whose corresponding category number matches the selected category.
	Whats good or unique about it
	Excel"s SUMIF function is more extensive than SumCat. SumCat has the restriction that a Category has to be a number, and a blank will be interpreted as zero. If you prefer your categories as numbers, you prefer the more rigid style of this function.
