	The purpose of AbsFinish in this function is to cut off, or finish the otherwise endless stream of repeating payments. The first time spread is defined by Start and Finish.
	Key Points
	There are two ways of specifying the Totals in this function: If you specify a single Total, then that Total is used for all periodic repetitions of the basic function (the function name without the Per suffix). If you specify more than one Total then the function will treat each Total as applying to successive repetitions, with the first Total applying to the period denoted by Start and Finish. If the function "runs out" of Totals to use (because the number of periodic repetitions is greater than the number of Totals), the function will continue to use the last Total. Note the following caveat. If you specify a range for Totals and do not populate it completely, the missing rates will be treated as zeros, because Totals is not a range variable that, when used on its own like this, "trailing zero re-sizes" itself, and blanks are interpreted as zeros. So there is a clear difference in effect between specifying a number of Totals where they are all blank except the first one, and just specifying one Total.
