	Returns the date of the last Business Day before the date supplied.

	Key Points
	If TheDate is already a Business Day, the function will simply return TheDate. In other words, it only truly returns the PREVIOUS Business Day if TheDate is NOT a Business Day. I guess that this is a bit of a misnomer. If you always want the previous day before TheDate that is a Business Day, simply deduct 1 from TheDate, eg: NextBD(A1-1,100).
