	Methodology
	This function converts a Nominal Yield to a True Yield, for a given payment frequency PmtsPerYearOpt. For example, 5% per annum Nominal, with payments quarterly in advance, converts to a True Yield of 5.0945% as a True Yield. This is just the same as converting a Simple Interest Rate, eg 5% per annum quarterly to an annual AER interest rate. The conversion works for both the rack-rented case (where you have just the passing rent and market rent=passing rent), and the standard case (where you have possibly a rent-free period and a passing rent that is different to the market rent). Note that this function relies on UK real estate yield math and there is another function NomToTrueDCF which uses a less assumptive form of math, DCF Math, which is more widely applicable.
