	Works like Excels NETWORKDAYS function, except when one or more the optional variables are specified. It can then take into account non Saturday/Sunday weekends, Annual Holidays, specific holidays and business day conventions.

	It"s like Excel"s NETWORKDAYS, but you can set your own weekend days and even have recurring annual holidays as well as specific holiday dates.
	Key Points
	Note that the two end dates are included, so in effect its "the days elapsed from the morning of FromDate to the evening of ToDate" Note this one a the few violations of Business Functions general rule "including the FromDate but excluding the ToDate", made necessary by the need to be compatible with Excel.
