	Key Points
	Optional payments are possible in addition to the usual letting and reletting payments via ¥PmtsOpt.¥ These payments are NOT grown with inflation AT ALL. It isthe other automatically generated amounts such as expiry cost and reletting costs that are automatically inflated using GrowthRatesOpt.
