Excel"s XIRR function copes with any dates, but how does it calculate how many years a cash flow occurs from the start of the cashflow? The answer is it uses the A/365 DayCount convention, which may not be what you want. This function, IRRT, allows you the full range of BF"s Daycount options to determine this. | ||||||||
