	Whats good or unique about it
	Unlike Excel"s EDATE function, EDateBF can accommodate a fractional number of months. When there is a whole number of months, EDateBF will use the monthly anniversary method of incrementing a date, like Excel"s EDATE. When there is a fractional number of months, EDateBF will use daycount type 5 (Decimal Month).
