Finance Lease

Finance Leases have all but lost their appeal in the UK at least, and the math for analysing them has become more complex, but for a general illustration of the principle, this worksheet is a typical finance lease for property. Amongst other things, it demonstrates BF"s functionalised GoalSeek.
